We take our responsibilities to Clients and Contractors seriously and GCC's Training Programme for Cleaners enables Contractors to undertake work in an efficient, aware and safe manner.

What our Training Programme consists of

All our Cleaning Contractors must undertake the GCC Certified Training Programme before commencing work.

Our One Day Course gives vital instruction on how to clean correctly and efficiently and what cleaning products to use.   It also covers important areas such as Health and Safety Issues, COSHH ( Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), Risk Assessment and Working Methods.

The course ends with a test to ensure that the course content has been understood. Upon successful completion, a certificate is awarded.

Why we feel the course is necessary

Once a contractor has completed this course, we know that they are well prepared to tackle any Contract Cleaning job confidently and competently.

When the Cleaning Contractor chooses to accept a contract when offered, and buys the job, then the Client, the Contractor and GCC all have the confidence that it will be done well.

After the course you will receive a training manual, and throughout your partnership with GCC we will send you regular updates, to ensure that you are aware of all current changes.
