Once you become a Cleaning Contractor with GCC, you will receive the following:

Access to Contracts enabling you to clean offices, commercial premises and build your business
Access to purchase Janitorial supplies at competitive prices
A dedicated Contract Management Advisor who will be able to help you with any queries or concerns you may have
A dedicated Business Development Manager who will be on hand to support and help you to develop your business
A supporting administrative process that ensures that the Client is billed monthly and provides them with Customer Service
A regular payment at the end of each month by cheque or credit transfer
Insurance – we cover you for public liability and accidental damage up to £2 million and deal with all of the claims and premiums
We can help you cover your cleaning contract in times of holiday or sickness

For this service we charge 20% of the value of the contract with the client, plus a fixed fee.
