I would just like to say that the service we have had from GCC has been very good - the people who actually do the cleaning are very thorough and professional. If there ever has been a problem (and it was only minor) I could liaise either with our individual cleaner or with the company and it was dealt with immediately.
If there was ever something that we required which was over and above our normal service we just had to ask and it would be done. -
We can confirm we are satisfied with the cleaning that Alex does at all three sites. If we have any concerns we write in a log book which Alex checks and then attends to our concerned problem. These issues are normally dealt with immediately.
We have no hesitation in recommending Alex for any cleaning jobs. -

It is always refreshing to come in to the office on a Monday morning knowing that it will not only be clean but tidy.

I like the fact it is a seamless clean, they are in early, and the job is done by the time the bulk of the staff arrive. It is almost a hidden clean, the finish is good and you don’t see any of the mechanics.

Our full time staff of around 60 is dedicated to ensuring GCC provides the best office cleaning service possible. Our Head Office is in Sutton, Surrey but we have a network of staff and contractors working throughout the UK to ensure we provide a consistent nationwide service.
The teams are:
Telesales Team
For many of our customers a call from one of the Telesales team is probably the first contact you will have with us. Our team members are helpful and friendly and are happy to help with your requirements.
Regional Sales Teams
GCC’s teams of Business Development Mangers are the face of GCC in the field. They recruit and help Contractors; they provide tailor made quotes for our customers and subsequently provide ongoing account management as required.
Contract Management & Reception
This is the team that our customers and contractors will talk to most regularly. Their role is to resolve any issues or concerns and to maintain an ongoing relationship to ensure that the contract is being managed smoothly.
Finance & Administration
The ‘engine room’ providing our in-house services such as accounting and credit control.
The Board
GCC’s Board is working continually take the business forward; ensuring that we provide the value for money services our customers expect.
The aim of all of our staff is to ensure that we are easy to deal with and provide a helpful and efficient service.
