The Quality of our Contractors

It is our mission at GCC to provide our Clients with trained and conscientious Contractors to carry out their office cleaning contract. We achieve this via a unique system.

Trained Cleaning Contractors

We realised that the cleaning industry has always had a poor reputation for providing professional training for its workforce.

We know the importance of training; both in cleaning skills and in essential issues such as Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, COSHH and Best Practice.

Our in-house office cleaning training programme has been in place and continually developed since 1992 and is a proven industry leader.

All of our Contractors must successfully complete the full training programme and compulsory written test and, if unsuccessful, they are not granted any client contracts.

Financially Committed Cleaning Contractors

Our Contractors also pledge a ‘Performance Bond’ against the Cleaning Contract. This financial commitment by the commercial cleaning Contractor gives our Clients added confidence in receiving a reliable and quality office cleaning service.

We believe that the Global training system and the ‘performance bond’ initiative are the major factors influencing the quality of the office cleaning service we provide.
