We can confirm we are satisfied with the cleaning that Alex does at all three sites. If we have any concerns we write in a log book which Alex checks and then attends to our concerned problem. These issues are normally dealt with immediately.

I would just like to say that the service we have had from GCC has been very good - the people who actually do the cleaning are very thorough and professional. If there ever has been a problem (and it was only minor) I could liaise either with our individual cleaner or with the company and it was dealt with immediately.
If there was ever something that we required which was over and above our normal service we just had to ask and it would be done. -

How to Become a Client of GCC
We will ensure your experience of becoming a Client is straightforward and pleasant.
Getting Started - we'd like to talk to you about your requirements
Arrange a Visit - Your local Business Development Manager (BDM) will make an appointment to visit your premises and after a detailed survey of your cleaning requirements, will provide you with a tailor made quotation.
Online Quotation - If you’re not quite ready to receive a visit, you have the option of using our online system, to give you and us an idea of your requirements and likely cost.
We will introduce you to your cleaning Contractor - Your cleaning Contractor will have invested in a performance bond and so will be highly personally motivated to achieve excellence. The Contractor will also be fully trained, not only in methods of working, but also in Health and Safety practices. Read more about our Cleaning Contractors.
All aspects of your cleaning Contract will be discussed - This will include your Requirements and Specifications, Security Issues, the provision of a Customer Care Book and the role of your dedicated Contract Management Advisor (CMA).
Ongoing Client Support – What levels of service you can expect as a Client.
Ongoing Contract Management - Your CMA will be in contact with you from the very beginning, ensuring that your contract starts smoothly. Your BDM will visit during the first week of service to ensure that you are completely satisified with the level of service. During the first month, your CMA will contact you and will subsequently agree with you the levels of future contact you prefer. Of course, we are always available when you need to contact us.
High Standards - GCC and our Contractors will always work with you to ensure that your requirements are met or exceeded. Our quality of service to you is of prime importance.
Written Communications - As a client we will send you a regular edition of Global News and also ask you to participate in our online surveys. These are to ensure that the cleaning contract is running smoothly and our services are efficient. If they are not, we want to know and to put them right.
